This Pikachu concept is a Mid-level build, likely using automotive paint and UV flatbed printing for that flawless finish.

Core Techniques

• The Base: A stripped metal case, sanded and sprayed with industrial yellow enamel. It uses a satin finish to keep the color deep without the glare of high-gloss paint.

• The Graphics: The face and logos are UV printed directly onto the metal. Unlike stickers, this ink is cured instantly by UV light, making it scratch-resistant and perfectly flush with the panel.

• Internal Flow: To match the theme, the interior chassis is painted yellow, while white LED fans and black AIO tubing mimic Pikachu’s eyes and ear tips.
